Before you make a purchase, we want to make sure all your questions are answered so that you can buy in complete confidence from us. Therefore we have created the following questions and answers based on what people usually ask us before buying.

Q. What warranties do your TV's have?

All the TV's we sell come with a manufacturers warranty that is detailed below. Should your TV develop a fault within its warranty period, you can contact the manufacturer to arrange a repair or replacement, depending on the nature of the fault and the manufacturers terms and conditions. If the TV has an onsite warranty a technician will attend your premises to repair or replace the TV, otherwise the manufacturer will arrange a suitable time to collect the TV from your premises after which the TV will be repaired or replaced. Collections will only be made if the TV is correctly packaged in its original packaging, otherwise you may be responsible for returning the TV to the manufacturer at your own expense.

Q. How much is delivery and how is the TV packaged?

Delivery on all orders that include a TV worth more than £300 is FREE. Otherwise, delivery costs are a flat fee based on the area that you wish for the order to be shipped to. The delivery charge will be added to your order when you proceed to the checkout from your basket.

All our TV's are packaged in the original manufacturers packaging.



Q. Where are you located?

We are located in Brockholes, Holmfirth, which is near Huddersfield, Yorkshire. You are welcome to collect orders from our premises, but we do not usually have customer visits to our premises as they are not set up to do so.

Q. I don't trust the internet. What are your company registration details? Can I collect my order?

Feel free to arrange to collect orders from us rather than have them delivered. You must still however pay the full amount upfront rather than at our premises.



Q. Can I have a VAT receipt as the TV is going to be purchased by a company?

All orders come with a full VAT receipt which will be available once you place an order.



Q. I have chosen a TV, but it is above my budget, can you offer me a better price?

Our prices are already as cheap as possible whilst still retaining a small profit to enable us to operate a good service. Should you have seen a cheaper quote elsewhere, please contact us on enquiries@tvspecialist.co.uk and we will try our best to beat this quote.
