I've had my shiny new PC for a few months now and I haven't one run like it for years. The last three of the four top-branded PC's I've bought before arrived with problems, two had to be sent back immediately to be fixed and the other died an early blue screen death which was when I discovered how useless that company's support was (now I know how it could have been fixed, but they didn't really tell me).

So PC Specialist's order tracker and rigorous testing procedure was a real breath of fresh air. It was good to know that my new pal was being built by Ben, tested by Garnet, QC'd by Adnaan and packed by Anthony.

Best of all, it was just fantastic to receive a computer that not only runs like a dream, but did so right out of the box with no messing around. It runs quietly too (my last PC's hard drive made a scary winding-up-and-down noise that only re-formatting could cure, and then only for a month, though it actually worked fine and still does; it's since been re-deployed).

Thought I'd write a review to praise the great service I've received from PC Specialist. I've had my pc over a month now and not had any issues worth mentioning. I decided to go with the Windows 7 64-bit OS, as although I was aware there could've been hardware problems, in fact I had only one with a 10+ year old scanner, so no biggie there, and this way I use the full potential of the pc, and future-proof it a little! Anyway, this is a great little computer, and good for what I want, which is mainly photo-editing. It's got an AMD Phenom II 550 3.1ghz processor, 4gb RAM, and a NVidia GT220 1gb graphics card, amongst other things. PC Specialist were great with keeping me up-to-date with it's progress in the building stage, and although there was a slight glitch with the memory during burn-in they kept me informed and emailed the details. The only slight problem I had was that the partitioned hard drive had only been set up with the C drive - I had to go into disk management and manually configure the D drive myself. Not a problem for myself, but maybe it could be for some. All in all, great service and value - where can you get exactly what you want for a price you can afford these days? I'm already recommending PC Specialist to friends!

I have phoned several times for help with sorting my old computer, ready for my new one to be delivered, yes, i have not yet received my Computer but still they give me 100% help to sort things out.
