Hello, (I will post the pc specs below)
I received my new gaming desktop from PCS this morning and everything seems to work, all except no signal to my monitor. (except very, very rarely)
The monitor is showing No Signal the majority of the time, until I turn everything off, unplug the power cable and gently push the connection cables to the gpu (which are already in all the way) which then, for about 1 minute gives me signal to the monitor. I got as far as windows updating (maybe 4 minutes total) until a beep happens, the fans suddenly become louder briefly, and then back to no signal on the monitor. Most of the time, there is just zero signal. The rgb lighting works on the pc, the fans work (albeit they are quite loud which may be due to the cpu cooling?) and there is one beep when I turn the computer on. There is one more beep that happens if, very rarely, there is a brief connection to the monitor, upon which the fans go faster and then no signal happens again.
I have tried hdmi cables and display cables in the gpu and motherboard, but nothing has worked. I have another computer from pcs and it works with the same cables to the same monitor. The gpu is seated properly, and I took both side panels off the ensure the connections were in and not loose, and everything is connected it seems... I think that the gpu is faulty, but I was wondering if anyone has any idea what else the issue could be..? If anyone has any ideas, I would love it if you could help, thanks.
